Tutu Kueh
One too many names - Kue putu mangkok, kueh tutu, kue putu ayu, or putu piring is a round-shaped, traditional Indonesian steamed rice flour kue or sweet snack filled with palm sugar, usually made using stainless steel moulds with a distinctive flower shape. In this case, silicone mould, white and a bit of orange resin clay.
